PAG-IBIG FINANCING is a financing scheme where part of the Total Contract Price of the property you are buying will be loaned thru Pag-IBIG or Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF). The property itself will be the collateral for the housing loan.
In order for you to qualify for Pag-IBIG Financing, you must first meet the following criterias:
PAG-IBIG QUALIFICATIONS:
- Buyer must be at least 21 years old upon loan application and must NOT be more than 70 years old upon loan maturity.
- Buyer must NOT have any history of unpaid loan in Pag-IBIG
- Buyer must paid at least 24 months contribution to Pag-IBIG
- Buyer must meet the gross monthly income requirement.
- Buyer is able provide Proof of Income Requirements (i.e. COEC, ITR, latest payslips and job contract for OFW).
