In order for you to qualify for Pag-IBIG Financing, you must first meet the following criterias:

PAG-IBIG QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Buyer must be at least 21 years old upon loan application and must NOT be more than 70 years old upon loan maturity.
  2. Buyer must NOT have any history of unpaid loan in Pag-IBIG
  3. Buyer must paid at least 24 months contribution to Pag-IBIG
  4. Buyer must meet the gross monthly income requirement.
  5. Buyer is able provide Proof of Income Requirements (i.e. COEC, ITR, latest payslips and job contract for OFW).
